10 Mar HonorBound gets second place at Darien Chamber Chowder Cook-Off
Who knew the team at HonorBound Foundation could put together such a tasty culinary creation.
HonorBound Executive Director Pamela Harper Kushner and Program Services Director Sue Tosto teamed up with members of Noble House Media Group to create a clam chowder that took home second place at the Darien Chamber of Commerce Chowder Cook-Off on February 25th.
The HonorBound/Noble House chowder finished behind a subtle Rhode Island chowder created by Kyle King of SipStirs, and ahead of third-place finisher Mackenzie McMahon, who put together a gluten-free chowder. McMahon works at OsteoStrong.
The rich and creamy HonorBound/Noble House chowder was cooked by Pamela Harper Kushner, her son, Jackson Kushner, and Gregg Soltesz of Noble House.
The event was hosted by Deane Distinctive Design & Cabinetry of Stamford.
