Interested in making a Veteran Car Donation? It’s easy!

Helping someone in need can be one of the most fulfilling experiences, but it’s even more rewarding when the person you’re helping is a veteran of our country. There are almost 20 million veterans in the United States alone. Many of them need assistance getting back into a “normal” way of life. By making a veteran car donation, you’re giving someone the opportunity to get back on their feet after putting their life on the line for yours. 

Did you know that 75% of all veterans suffer from some version of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)? This can lead to many hardships when transitioning into such a fast-paced world again. HonorBound Foundation wants to make these transitions as easy and effortless as possible and we’re asking for YOUR help. Our veteran car donation program has never been easier!

When donating a vehicle, we take care of all of the hard work so you don’t have to. There are zero costs to the entire process. We even have the DMV and IRS on standby to fill out any paperwork that is needed so you don’t have to.

The benefits of the veteran car donation program are endless. First and foremost, you have the privilege of knowing you’re helping someone who fought for our country. The donations go beyond reaching just the vet, but by helping their families as well.

Not only does donating get an unwanted vehicle off your hands without the hassle of selling it, you will also receive a receipt for a tax write off once the donation has been processed.

You may be surprised, but; the vehicle doesn’t even have to be in working or running condition! In instances like this, your car may be auctioned off or sold for scrap metal and recycled. Either way, proceeds from the sale will help HonorBound’s mission and veterans in need.

It doesn’t end there. HonorBound doesn’t only accept cars! We are willing to take a boat or RV off of your hands as part of our veteran car donation program. We arrange all of our pick ups when it is most convenient for you, usually within a 72- hour window of filling out your donation online. The car will be removed and towing is free!

Our vehicle donation program is just one of many services we offer. We offer a fund that provides emergency financial relief for veterans and their families, we help veterans on the verge of homelessness pay utility bills or rent, and we help pay for food and household necessities for veterans. We also have business partnerships that make it possible to secure service and equipment at a reduced cost such as helping disabled veterans get a wheelchair, scooter, or ramp installed. Any and all help with these donations is much appreciated. 

HonorBound’s donation team is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. EST, and Saturday’s from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.  If no one’s available, you can leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Any donation is greatly appreciated by not only the HonorBound family, but by all of the veterans that the proceeds go to. We can change the lives of these individuals who have put their lives on the line for us. It’s time to give back to the veterans of America.
